DesignARC is an architectural firm with two offices that work together and receive group emails from clients. The firm needed a method of accessing and storing client emails from either office location, as well as sharing them. We designed a system that allowed them to do this, and also enabled them to create FTP sites to share large documents. The system also allows sharing calendars, contacts, and notes among users, and can be synchronized to mobile devices such as iPhones, Blackberries, and Droid phones. Among the other key benefits: significantly lowered hosting provider costs.
